"We All We Got, We All We Need" GRANT
As I've gotten older, I've learned that we as adults have a tendency to talk AT young people, as opposed TO young people. After writing my first book "Consider This..." I decided that I wanted to put my money where my mouth is.
For those of you who don't know, I wrote a book titled "Consider This..." (which you can purchase on this site). The reason for the book is growing up, they told us that you had to do one of three things after high school. You either went to college, you joined the military, or you got a job. Esp[ecially growing up here in DC, you got yourself a good government job. My purpose in writing the book is to encourage young people (ages 10 - 18) to consider the entrepreneurial route, but I wanted to take it up a notch.
With that said, I have created the "We All We Got, We All We Need" grant. This grant, in the amount of $500, is awarded to a young entrepreneur between ages 10 - 18, to use towards their business. In order to apply, you must meet the following criteria:
1) Must be between the ages of 10 - 18 years old.
2) Have a Business social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) presence going back to the top of the year (January 1st)
3) Submit a video in one minute or less, explaining what you would do with your business if you won the $500 grant.
If you know/are a young entrepreneur, you can apply for the grant below.
