As CEO/Owner of “Marcus of Ceremony Ent.” (his MC/Hosting Services Company), Marcus Brewster was destined to rule the airwaves. Before he ever sat in front of a microphone or camera, Marcus took classes at George Mason University, where he received his Bachelor’s in Communication, with a concentration on Media Criticism.

 

Over the years, Marcus has had a great on-air career which started as the host of the Vessel franchise (Vessel Radio and Vessel TV), and ending with his own show called “The Moment of Victory," where he gives small business owners a platform to discuss the moment they decided to go into entrepreneurship, and how they juggle it with their everyday lives. 

 

As a natural motivator, Marcus adopted the moniker, “Mr. Victory or Nothing,” stemming from his clothing brand “Victory or Nothing Apparel.” He is also a huge supporter of black businesses, living by the motto #WeAllWeGot #WeAllWeNeed. After writing a couple of books, one of them being "Consider This..." which is geared toward encouraging young people (ages 10 -18) to consider the entrepreneurial route, Marcus has decided to put his money where his mouth is and has created the "We All We Got, We All We Need" grant, where he awards $500 to a young entrepreneur to use towards their business.
